We are seeking a Chief Elf to lead our team in creating unforgettable moments for visitors at our photo studio. As a Lead Christmas Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for inspiring and supporting your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
This is an opportunity to bring magic to life during the festive season, ensuring operations run smoothly and the atmosphere remains joyful. You will be leading and motivating your team to drive performance at our sites in the Gold Coast Region.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences
- Managing daily operations, rosters, and workflow
- Welcoming families and maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Bringing energy and positivity to even the busiest days
- Overseeing POS operations and processing visitor prints and photo packages with care
