We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Community Liaison Specialist. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with employers and community networks, ultimately securing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain a network of employer and community partners to identify job opportunities for clients;
  • Manage a caseload of clients, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their employment goals;
  • Act as an advocate for our clients, promoting atWork Australia's services and connecting individuals with relevant job opportunities;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent client outcomes;
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in employment services.

What You'll Need:

  • A demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage competing priorities;
  • Proficiency in using various databases and software applications to manage client information and track progress.
