About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate educator to join our team as a Lead Early Childhood Educator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care, while also being a strong leader and mentor to other staff members.

As a Lead Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators in providing a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children.

You will work closely with the Centre Manager to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children, including those with diverse abilities and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care;">
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children;">
  • Work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure the effective operation of the centre;">
  • Provide leadership and guidance to other staff members to support their professional development;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it);">
  • Current Working with Children Check;">
  • Child Protection Certificate;">
  • Food Safety Certificate;">
  • Over 2-3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector;">
