We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Leisure Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of residents living with dementia.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle. A Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) would also be highly regarded.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing leisure programs that enhance the quality of life for residents. You will work closely with families, carers and friends to integrate their loved ones into everyday life at the facility.

As a member of our dynamic team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including online and face-to-face courses. We offer a staff recognition and awards program, paid parental leave, and a staff discount program.

  • Previous experience working with people who have dementia
  • Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle (essential)
