We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in delivering high-quality services to participants with disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload, conducting assessments, and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance the quality of life and meet goals of participants.
- Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants and contribute to our purpose of helping people achieve their goals and improve their independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload

- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
