Front of House Associate

We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Front of House Associate to join our team at Caroline Springs.

The Role:

As a Front of House Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our facility. This includes maintaining a tidy gym floor, putting away equipment after use, and performing basic cleaning tasks as required.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the gym floor
  • Picking up weights and storing them in their designated areas
  • Performing general cleaning duties to ensure a safe and hazard-free environment
  • Communicating with management and members to promote proper equipment usage and safety

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need:

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A commitment to providing an exceptional member experience

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Current Level 2 First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
  • A police check (or willing to obtain)
