Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading IT or digital teams in fast-paced environments.
  • A strong understanding of cyber security, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across infrastructure and support.
  • Leadership skills that foster accountability, responsiveness, and collaboration.
  • A pragmatic, data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and ITIL practices is a bonus.

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
