About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development by leading high-impact initiatives and collaborating with project teams and stakeholders across diverse environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Elicit, capture, and document requirements for multiple functions and business units to ensure seamless communication.
  • Facilitate workshops, identify risks, issues, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, and outline business impacts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to estimate project costs and identify business savings opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management to drive alignment and engagement.
  • Provide visibility to the work being undertaken, ensuring project timelines are maintained and milestones are achieved.
  • Exercise sound judgment when dealing with unexpected or competing project priorities or issues to mitigate risk and ensure successful outcomes.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrated experience as a business analyst within the ICT sector, with a minimum of 5 years.
  • Effective communication and requirements-gathering skills to facilitate collaboration and drive results.
  • Experience in business process improvements in complex environments and situations to deliver sustainable value.
  • Ability to effectively manage several competing project priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus on key objectives.
  • Customer-focused approach in formulating project solutions that meet business needs and exceed expectations.
  • Proven ability and motivation to seek out underlying problems and requirements to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders to build trust and drive success.
