This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified trainer and assessor to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of future salon professionals.
Mandatory Requirements:
- A qualification in Salon Management (SHB50216) or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units).
- Relevant industry experience.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Previous VET training experience with international students.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and deliver high-quality training programs for diploma of salon management students.
- To conduct assessments and provide feedback to students.
- To maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organisational goals.
