Client Success Manager

The Opportunity
This position offers a challenging and rewarding career path, with opportunities to work across numerous industries, assisting organizations in developing and executing their ICT and digital strategies. With a strong footprint in Care Services, experience in Aged, Home Care, NDIS, and Community Services is desirable, especially for targeting healthcare. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of client attention and support via various communication methods. This role is predominantly billable, operating as an extension of our clients' C-Suite to deliver exceptional outcomes for their business and ours.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans that align with client priorities and emphasize tools and services that can improve efficiency, streamline processes, or increase profits for our clients.
- Provide ongoing client support to address challenges or resolve issues.
- Work across multiple industries, assisting organizations in developing and executing their ICT and digital strategies.
- Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to offer proactive solutions to clients.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, C-level stakeholders, and Boards to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with key technology trends, innovations, and practical applications to provide expert advice to clients.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree in business, computer engineering, or finance. Strong leadership and negotiation abilities, experience in RFP/RFI processes, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, comfort with ICT Governance and Management best practice frameworks, program/PMO and change management experience, and proven success in client account management and revenue growth are highly valued.
