Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial transformation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an AI-powered financial infrastructure that supports multiple education ventures while maintaining lean operations and unlimited scalability potential.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in progressive finance leadership positions. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of our financial strategy, managing core financial operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement an AI-powered financial infrastructure
  • Oversee the development of our financial strategy
  • Manage core financial operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
  • Proven 10+ year track record in progressive finance leadership positions
  • Executive-level finance experience with comprehensive control over core financial operations
  • Expert-level mastery of US GAAP and financial statement integration
  • Proven track record optimizing ERP systems in complex organizational structures
  • Minimum 5 successful Big 4 audit engagements (either side of the table)
  • Superior communication abilities in English, capable of executive-level discourse
  • Based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones
Nice-to-have Requirements:
  • Understanding of U.S.-K-12 education ecosystem (private, charter, ESA programs)
  • Track record of developing AI-enhanced financial automation systems
  • Proven success in managing finances across multiple entities and jurisdictions
About This Opportunity:

This is a full-time position that requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with us as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
