Senior Mental Health Leadership Position

The Statewide Mental Health Services Executive Leadership team is seeking a senior leader to provide high level leadership and direction in a complex, professional work environment. The successful applicant will have proven leadership qualities and the ability to design, manage and implement services that meet national and state policy frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and direction to the team to achieve long-term strategic goals.
- Designing and implementing services, programs and initiatives that meet national and state policy frameworks.
- Effectively managing financial, human, physical and information resources to achieve strategic objectives.
The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification or degree in a relevant discipline, and/or extensive experience in the management and delivery of health services, particularly mental health and/or alcohol, drug and forensic services.
About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position within the executive leadership team. The team works collaboratively to develop, deliver and evaluate policies, programs and initiatives that ensure mental health services are delivered with a strong consumer and carer focus while being sustainable, accessible, safe and of high quality.
