Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Trade Counter team in Concord. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting plumbers and other tradespeople with their product needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.

Requirements
  • You must have previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a proven track record of providing high-quality service to customers.
  • You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • A clean, valid driver's license is essential for this role, as you will be required to make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
  • You should be available to work various shifts, including weekends, and be willing to participate in on-the-job training and development programs.
