We are seeking a dynamic and passionate team of individuals to join our Italian sandwich shop. We serve fresh, locally sourced produce and authentic delicacies in our family-run establishment.

Our food is filled with cured and grilled meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments made in-house. In addition to our menu, we offer coffee, cold drinks, and alcohol to complement our meals.

To achieve this, we require a high-energy team that can work well together. We are currently looking to fill various roles, including:

  • Grill Cook
  • Barista
  • Sandwich Maker
  • Front of House Staff

Requirements

  • Previous experience is necessary for success
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Manage pressure during busy periods
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • High personal presentation standards
  • Availability to work during our operating hours

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare basic foods, including chopping and portioning
  • Maintain clean and organized food storage and preparation areas
  • Comply with required Food Standards practices
  • Operate point-of-sale systems (Square)
  • Process delivery platform orders (UberEATS, etc.)
  • Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Maintain a safe working environment for other team members and guests
  • Deliver exceptional service with products, sales, and customer satisfaction
