About the Role:
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your day will be filled with variety and challenge as you assist customers find products, restock shelves, pack online orders, or provide a seamless checkout experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding products and providing solutions to their needs
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean store environment
- Pack online orders efficiently and accurately
- Provide an outstanding service experience to customers every time
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about retail, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well in a team. You must be flexible and willing to work across departments and tasks, and be agile and adaptable to change.
