About the Role

This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to join our dynamic After Sales team at Corinthian St Marys. As a valued member of our support staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations across various departments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • processing reports, including sales data and end-of-day summaries;
  • managing returns and credits, as well as credit invoicing;
  • reviewing and amending NSW credits, encompassing our Newcastle branch;
  • receiving product return dockets and facilitating progress through supervisor approval;
  • handling non-product return credits within Approve Me;
  • filing and archiving credit dockets;
  • providing support to the After Sales Service Supervisor as needed;

This role requires a systematic, methodical, and process-oriented administrator with excellent data entry skills and high attention to detail. You should be enthusiastic about working in a rapidly changing manufacturing environment and possess the ability to work autonomously.

The ideal candidate will have strong MS Suite skills and be able to quickly adapt to our in-house systems. You'll be willing to contribute to a positive work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative essential for success in this role.
