Job Overview:

The Project Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the Engineering Team and coordinating with operational delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, meeting quality requirements, and working safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations of the Surfacing team through scheduling and coordination.
  • Manage the Engineering roster and monitor project compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly project reporting and manage documentation for projects.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including meeting minute distribution, progress claims, and job costing.
  • Collaborate with personnel to ensure logistical compliance and maintain an accurate document management system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator/Administrator with exposure to the civil or road sectors.
  • Proven ability to diligently and accurately follow processes.
  • Skills in gathering information and accurately entering data to appropriate databases.
  • Aptitude to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of computer processes and experience using software applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
