Early Intervention Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team as an Early Intervention Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with children, young adults, and families to deliver evidence-based early intervention and therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate speech pathology interventions based on individual needs
  • Provide therapy interventions and supports in collaboration with others, particularly within a key worker/transdisciplinary team approach
  • Support inclusion and participation for clients in community activities of their choice
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing communication, leadership, and support are provided to deliver quality services and supports

Requirements:

  • Degree in Speech Pathology
  • Eligible for SPA registration
  • Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
  • Current Driver's License and vehicle
  • National Police Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid, and CPR certification
  • An understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
