The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the financial performance of a retail concession store and delivering key business objectives.

A successful Concession Manager will have a strong passion for the retail industry, exceptional service skills, and a keen eye for detail in visual merchandising.

They should also possess proven experience in managing fast-paced retail or hospitality businesses, with expertise in stock control, operational excellence, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include building a high-performing team, developing a customer-centric culture, and ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators.

Additional responsibilities include working collaboratively with other Concession Managers and Floor Managers to drive business results and embodying the company's core cultural values.

A Concession Manager will be expected to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters, as well as develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As a leader, they will inspire and empower their team through collaborative leadership, training, and development opportunities.

The Concession Manager will play a critical role in building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and driving business growth through innovation and improvement initiatives.

Key qualifications include a strong retail background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with employee engagement, recruitment, and retention is also highly desirable.
