Air Liquide Australia is a market leader in gases, technologies, and services for industry in Australia.
We are seeking a Legal Counsel with 3-5 years of legal experience to support our Pacific industrial and medical gases business.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including industrial gas supply contracts and agreements with agents and distributors.
- Provide commercial and compliance legal advice to support sales and procurement processes.
- Assist in dispute resolution and provide internal legal training on competition and consumer law.
To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Law, 3-5 years of PQE, and a current Australian practising certificate or eligibility for admission.
You will have experience in commercial contract drafting and review, as well as a good basis in competition and consumer law.
