Store Team Members play a vital role in ensuring our stores provide customers with a safe and seamless shopping experience. This position as a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist is key to maintaining a clean and hygienic store environment.

This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere by following a checklist of cleaning tasks and utilizing various equipment and products to maintain cleanliness across all departments and throughout the store.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness across all departments and throughout the store
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing and buffing floors throughout the shop, including team rooms, toilets and offices
  • Cleaning, dusting and wiping shelving and equipment throughout the store, as well as team rooms and toilets
  • Collecting trolies from in and around the store and store carpark - whatever the weather
  • Working both indoors and outdoors and will be trusted to work autonomously

We are looking for individuals who can commit to providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy and pace. You should have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, be able to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethic. Additionally, you should be able to work on your own and follow instructions, and be physically fit, active and energetic with availability for shifts between 5am-11pm 7 days per week.
