We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of Assistant Store Leader in our Brookvale store. This is a part-time role that offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance with your team to achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assist the Store Leader with training, developing, and succession planning of team members - we encourage promoting from within.
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
Requirements
- Passion for delivering an exceptional in-store experience and influencing the local active community through events, campaigns, and collaborations.
- Belief in providing an unparalleled Lorna Jane experience and maintaining a well-presented store through effective merchandising.
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth, profitability, and process improvement; drive success by striving for excellence and overcoming obstacles.
- Commitment to sharing knowledge by coaching and mentoring team members to drive performance opportunities for growth, profitability, or process.
- Motivation to drive targets and KPIs, with a focus on achieving profitability through effective rostering, minimizing stock shrinkage, and inventory management.
