As an Occupational Therapist with Early Start Australia, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of professionals who share your passion for helping others. You will be responsible for delivering therapy services to clients in a variety of settings, including clinics, community locations, and via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in accordance with their individual needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client strengths and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy programs to promote client independence and participation
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on strategies for maintaining optimal health and wellbeing

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in occupational therapy (e.g. Bachelor of Occupational Therapy)
  • Registration with AHPRA as an occupational therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive team culture
