About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment cycle and drive business growth. This role involves securing new roles for candidates, building strong relationships with clients, and elevating client relationship experiences through expert consultative approach.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Cultivate and maintain robust client and candidate relationships.
  • Attend events and meetings with clients to build your network and broaden industry connections.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in an established agency, demonstrated ability to excel in a sales-focused environment and drive business development. You will also possess strong consultative approach and ability to build lasting relationships, high energy, passion for success, and outstanding communication skills.
