Sonder Responder

Sonder is a leading provider of active care technology solutions, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of individuals and organisations. As a Sonder Responder, you will play a critical role in our Response Network, providing in-person support to members in need, in coordination with our Support Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct emergency and non-emergency support responses to support the network of responders in your area
• Assist the Response Network Manager in conducting stakeholder engagement, nurturing partnership relations, and providing input to operational procedures and network management
• Work a flexible, 24-hour on-call roster, with the ability to nominate your hours of availability

Requirements:

• Recent or current experience in emergency services, military, and/or security-related work, with a strong network of contacts in the local area
• High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management
• Ability to set priorities, act on key issues, and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity
• Ability to work a flexible, on-call roster
