**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Storeperson to join our team in Katoomba. As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for managing mobile storage containers, ensuring they are available to customers as needed, and providing support to removalists.

The successful applicant will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage mobile storage containers and ensure they are available to customers as needed
  • Ensure sufficient supply of containers according to upcoming bookings
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding site access and retail purchases
  • Prepare removalist vehicles for jobs the following day
  • Assist office staff with phone inquiries and bookings
  • Assemble mobile storage containers
  • Occasional assistance as driver/offsider for removalist jobs (MR licence required)
  • Forklift operation (LF forklift ticket required)

**Requirements**

  • A current MR truck licence
  • LF forklift ticket
  • A good level of physical fitness with no lifting restrictions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Reasonable computer and telephone skills
  • A strong track record of reliability
