We're currently based in Canberra and have customers across multiple locations and industries. Our goal is to make IT easy for our clients, empowering them to focus on their core business activities.
As an IT Infrastructure Project Specialist, you'll work closely with our project team to plan and deliver technical solutions for clients. From installing new servers and migrating to the cloud, to deploying new systems and rolling out IT products, this role is hands-on, diverse, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and implement IT infrastructure projects (on-prem and cloud)
  • Perform server installations, upgrades, and migrations
  • Deploy Microsoft 365, Azure, and other modern platforms
  • Implement new hardware, software, and systems for clients
  • Work on-site and remotely with customers to ensure seamless rollouts
  • Document work clearly and follow project delivery processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-year relevant experience in an IT project or technical role (preferably MSP specific)
  • Live within the ACT region in Australia as you will be driving to and from customer locations
  • Hold a valid Australian driver's license to drive AUIT cars and equipment to customer sites
  • Be able to successfully pass an Australian Police Check
  • Knowledge of the Essential 8
  • Active Directory and EntraAD Experience
  • Windows file shares, permissions, security experience
  • Group Policy creation and management experience
  • Intune Enrollment and Policy Management experience
  • Printer management experience
  • Office 365 Management experience
  • Domain/DNS Management experience
  • Network management (subnetting, L2/L3 switching/routing) (Desirable)
  • VOIP/SIP Phone system administration experience
