About the Role
- Oversee project timelines, construction and approvals, ensuring rigorous governance and reporting to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams to ensure effective documentation, communication, and milestone tracking.
- Approve lease documentation, tender processes, and contractor engagement to support supplier onboarding and procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements across all projects.
- Conduct site visits and store handovers to ensure quality and readiness for business operations.
- Develop and refine business processes to improve efficiency and governance in store development.
- Prepare strategic updates, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership and global counterparts.
