As a Content Strategist, you will play a key role in helping our Federal Government Client refine their website content to meet user needs and promote self-service.
This is a long-term contract role from July until December, with a 6-month extension term and one possible extension, located at our client's office with hybrid working arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Main Responsibilities:
- Create website content to meet user needs and promote self-service.
- Develop resources such as videos, interactive guides, and user manuals to assist users in complying with the Australian Education Act.
- Enhance helpdesk operations by developing and refining processes, procedures, scripts, training, and other materials.
- Support communication and stakeholder engagement during the development of a new entitlement management system.
- Implement improvements to the department's service offerings based on user research insights.
- Counsel subject matter experts and business team representatives to enhance communication products and stakeholder engagement activities.
