Lead Educator Position

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic educator to lead our early childhood program, providing a safe and stimulating environment that meets the social, cultural, emotional, educational, and physical needs of children.

The ideal candidate will foster a supportive and positive work environment where everyone feels valued, appreciated, and excited to come to work each day. We celebrate achievements through special events and meaningful moments that bring our team together.

About the Role
  • Maintain high health & safety standards at all times.
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs.
  • Mentor educators to plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences.
  • Approve centre Storypark posts.
  • Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
  • Provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement and a culture of positive change.
  • Collaborate with families to support each child's learning journey.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher qualification.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • Child Protection Training Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Approved working with children check (state specific).
  • Passion for nurturing learners.
  • Experience in leading curriculum development with a focus on play-based learning and holistic education.
  • Strong written communication and literacy skills.
  • Able to provide feedback that fosters professional growth and a positive team culture.
  • High-level time management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset.
