Housekeeping Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations in multiple locations across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of housekeeping, including staff supervision, training, and development.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to meet client expectations and industry regulations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to drive performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and control payroll, room counts, and daily compliance with hospitality industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Diploma-level qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
  • At least two years of work experience in a similar Housekeeping Manager role, preferably within a 4 or 5-star environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing staff, including recruitment, development, rostering, and performance improvement.
  • Knowledge and experience in maintaining high standards of housekeeping procedures.
