At Central Adelaide Local Health Network, we're seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Strategic Program Development Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the implementation of our Professional Accountability Model program.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager in achieving the program's objectives. This will involve working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the effective rollout of the model across the network. Key responsibilities include developing educational resources and supports for staff, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to establish a community of practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple tasks under pressure. Experience in project management and reporting is also essential, as is knowledge of industry standards and protocols in healthcare settings.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of ASO-4 $76,561 - $80,256 p.a., plus superannuation and salary packaging options. Our comprehensive benefits package includes annual leave, flexible work arrangements, employee assistance programs, and more.

Key Requirements

  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven Time Management & Multitasking: Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands under pressure.
  • Project Management & Reporting Experience: Hands-on experience in preparing reports, managing projects, and using data to drive business decisions.
  • Experience in a Clinical or Health-Related Setting: Background in healthcare or related fields, with a good understanding of industry standards and protocols.
