About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a high-end portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Handle maintenance and repair requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring properties are well-maintained and in good condition.
  • Contractor Liaison: Liaise with contractors and tradespeople to ensure properties are well-maintained and any issues are resolved quickly.
  • Accounts Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of rental income, expenses, and other financial transactions.
  • Tenant Management: Handle tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and rental negotiations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Tribunal Hearings: Attend Tribunal hearings as required to represent the company and resolve disputes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio, with a proven track record of success.
  • Certification: A current Certificate of Registration, demonstrating your expertise and qualifications in property management.
  • Transportation: A reliable car and a valid driver's license, ensuring you can travel to properties and attend meetings as required.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with landlords, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Attitude: A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among landlords and tenants.
