The Family Lawyer position is a key role within our FYCL program.
In this role, you will provide high-quality legal services to clients across various courts and tribunals, engaging with the community and contributing to legal education.
- Provide legal advice and casework, including duty lawyer support, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Knowledge of relevant law and procedure, particularly in family law, family violence, and child protection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
This role is based in our Melbourne CBD office. We are looking for an experienced Family Lawyer who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and making a positive impact on our community.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as an advocate and deliver legal advice and casework.
- Knowledge or practical experience in relevant law and procedure.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others.
