About the Role
The Tasmanian Government is seeking a highly experienced Director to lead our financial audit and practice management team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.
As Director of Practice Management and Analytics, you will oversee the continued development and implementation of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and system automation processes for the practice. You will manage staff resourcing requirements, including recruitment strategy, and oversee performance reporting needs.
You will provide leadership and guidance to staff, as well as management of senior staff in the section, in line with the Office's Performance Management Framework. You will undertake high-level assurance work that meets the requirements of the auditing standards and is carried out within the framework of the Office's audit methodology.
