Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Hydrogeologist to join our team at Jacobs. As a key member of our hydrogeology team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a range of groundwater projects, including proposal development, client engagement, and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage groundwater projects, including proposal development, client engagement, and technical delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulators to support technical delivery.
  • Prepare and present complex proposals and bid documents to secure new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with Jacobs teams across the globe to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Present information to senior management in a concise and effective manner.
  • Author and review complex assessments and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Science.
  • Ability to review and compile technical reports.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in standard tools, techniques, and equipment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
