Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programming and Operation Lead to join our team. This is a key role in the development and implementation of complex CNC machining workflows.

About The Role

This position involves developing, refining, and implementing multi-axis CNC programs using advanced CAD/CAM data. You will also be responsible for leading the design and standardization of CNC code and workflow documentation. Additionally, you will operate across 5-axis CNC mills and robotic systems, troubleshoot and resolve machining issues involving geometry, materials, and toolpath logic, and align machining strategies with engineering, cost, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities
  • CNC Program Development: Develop and refine multi-axis CNC programs using complex CAD/CAM data.
  • CNC Code Standardization: Lead the design and standardization of CNC code and workflow documentation.
  • Machining Operations: Operate across 5-axis CNC mills and robotic systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues involving geometry, materials, and toolpath logic.
  • Machining Strategy: Align machining strategies with engineering, cost, and quality requirements.
Requirements
  • CNC Programming Experience: Extensive experience in CNC programming and machining, particularly with 5-axis and 7-axis systems.
  • CAM Software Skills: Advanced CAM software skills (e.g., RhinoCAM, Fusion 360, Mastercam).
  • Post-Processing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of post-processing, G-code/M-code, and controller interfaces.
  • Standardization Experience: Experience standardizing CAM workflows and documentation across multiple platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering and production.
