Speech Pathologist Job

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to clients with various communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client communication needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based speech therapy sessions to clients in diverse settings, including homes, day centers, and parks.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and client outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to clients, families, and caregivers on effective communication strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Speech Pathologist with the relevant governing body.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
