Data and Analytics Specialist

Join our team at Balance Recruitment as we seek a skilled Data and Analytics Specialist to drive business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data and Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and consolidate data from various sources, including SharePoint, marketing automation CRM, and customer-facing apps.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify data needs and structure and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Utilize Snowflake to optimize data storage and retrieval and build a data warehouse.
  • Migrate data from SharePoint to AWS for storage.
  • Automate existing data manipulation processes that are currently completed manually.

Requirements

  • Strong proven experience in data analytics, manipulation, migration, and reporting.
  • Strong experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Proficiency in managing and extracting insights from Snowflake.
  • Experience with SharePoint data structures and best practices, including moving data into AWS.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for data analytics.

What We Offer

This is a permanent role with a competitive base salary, plus super and up to $15,900 per annum worth of salary sacrifice. The work arrangement will be hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in our Chatswood office.
