**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Enforcement Litigation Panel Manager/Litigation Counsel to join our team. As the dual role involves managing ASIC's relationship with external law firms and acting as Litigation Counsel on regulatory civil litigation matters, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting civil litigation and developing litigation case theories and strategies in complex cases.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing trusted relationships with external law firms, working closely with the Legal Operations team to establish frameworks, metrics, and KPIs to assess and manage the performance of these firms. They will also be involved in high-profile, challenging, and rewarding regulatory litigation.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of ASIC's litigation efforts and work closely with various stakeholders, including Commissioners and Senior Executives.
