Job Description

This position is available for a dedicated and organized individual who will handle travel requests for busy corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle travel requests from corporate clients
  • Use a GDS to make reservations
  • Book flights, hotels, car hire, and accommodate special requests for domestic and international destinations
  • Manage telephone and email inquiries efficiently
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in corporate travel or retail travel agencies
  • Group travel expertise is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of airfares and ticketing
  • Extensive experience with GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus)
  • Self-ticketing skills are highly desirable
  • A professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
