Job Title: Senior Contracts Administrator
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced contracts administrator to join our team. This is a senior-level role that requires strong construction industry knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities- Manage head and subcontracts on large building projects
- Administer subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projects
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules across multiple trades
- Process claims and variations
- Demonstrate understanding of construction practices, sequencing of methodology and value of building related goals
- Senior construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts on large building projects
- Industry relevant degree qualification
- Familiarity with Contract Law principals & construction specific Acts, codes and Regulations
- Confident & collaborative communicator
- Self-motivated and ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions
