Residential Property Management Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding role as a residential property manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 160 residential properties located in the Eastern Suburbs.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, preferably with a real estate background. They will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is required, as well as a valid Australian Drivers Licence and full-time access to a reliable car.

  • Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
  • Rent reviews and lease renewals
  • NCAT preparation and attendance
  • Arrears management
  • Insurance and bond claims
  • Process maintenance requests and organise quotes
  • Project manage any minor renovations

Requirements:

  • A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • A valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • Full-time access to a reliable car
  • Confidently spoken and well presented, with excellent communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
