About the Role
The role is responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential and commercial, industrial, and retail space.
Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.
The key responsibility areas include operational focus, maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
About You
We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed residential and commercial valuation skills, exceptional communication and business development skills, and a strong client network.
You will have a strong commitment to professional development, a degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications, and CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential and commercial valuation space.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
