This is a casual role that requires the provision of quality services and supports to people aged 65 and over. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Home and Community Care, as well as experience working in this field.
You will be responsible for providing respite care, domestic assistance, personal care, and social services to clients. You must be able to engage and work in partnership to achieve client goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to clients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Work collaboratively with other health professionals to achieve client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
The salary for this role is $43.45 per hour, depending on qualification and experience. The position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award (Home Care Employees) Level 4.
