NDIS Support Worker Role

Are you a passionate and empathetic individual looking to make a difference in people's lives? We are seeking Disability Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual impairments, mental health, and/or physical disabilities.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering person-centered care, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Key responsibilities include supporting individuals with daily living activities, assisting with medications, manual handling, and challenging behaviors, as well as facilitating community-based activities and medical appointments when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum Cert III or higher in a relevant field
  • At least 12 months' experience working in a similar role
  • QLD Paid Blue Card/Working with Children Check
  • PAID (P) NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Ability to provide 100 points of ID, including evidence of work rights in Australia
