Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapy services to clients.

About Your Role
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy that makes a meaningful impact under various funding models.
  • Support both children and adults in achieving their communication and swallowing goals.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and a multi-disciplinary team to manage caseloads and calendars.

As a Speech Pathologist, you will be based at one of our well-resourced clinic hubs, working alongside experienced clinicians and administrative support. You will have everything you need to focus on growing your skills and making a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Conduct assessments and progress monitoring.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff.
