About the Role:

The Solution Preparation Technicians plays a critical role in our business, responsible for preparing components for batch dispensing operation, dispensing of raw material for batch manufacture, and following GMP protocols and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare components for batch dispensing operation with high standards of quality and precision
  • Dispense raw material for batch manufacture ensuring accurate weighing and measurement of materials
  • Follow GMP protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and safety
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and other teams to solve technical problems and work on process improvements

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a regulated environment with a clear understanding of safety and GMP
  • Strong attention to details with ability to accurately weigh and measure materials and follow precise documentation requirements
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to work in an agile and flexible team
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, ideally in dispensing operation and raw material handling is advantageous
