Role Overview

In this pivotal role as a Digital Performance Strategist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results across all facets of the business. With a strong background in biddable media, you will manage a portfolio of clients and lead a small team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • People Management: Allocate tasks effectively, ensure goals are set and met, and address concerns with your director. Hold regular performance evaluation meetings, setting clear KPIs and monitoring progress.
  • Product Development: Ensure output meets the highest standards, adhering to GroupM's best practices in planning, implementation, optimisation, and reporting. Oversee the end-to-end biddable process, ensuring QA compliance and the use of best practices.
  • Client Delivery: Support your director in implementing strong plans that meet client objectives. Offer expert perspectives on recent market trends, ensuring stakeholders are informed.
  • Commercial Operations: Guarantee timely and accurate commercial tasks, including training and education. Seek improvements to ways of working, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
