Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services team.

About the Role:

The CMAAS team is expanding, and we need a talented individual to help us solve complex problems. You will use your skills in global debt and equity transaction assurance, event-driven accounting advisory, and global capital markets advisory to provide comfort over the accuracy of disclosures and identify key issues and risks early in the deal lifecycle.

  • Deliver accounting solutions that cut through technical complexity
  • Provide knowledge, experience, and insight into business transactions occurring within Australia and abroad
  • Develop innovative solutions for capital market transactions and structuring
  • Engage with Senior Managers to clearly communicate complex accounting matters and provide pragmatic advice to clients
  • Balance accounting, tax, and legal considerations with implementation advice to clients
  • Implement accounting solutions and financial reporting improvements within client finance systems and processes
  • Contribute to the due diligence framework that underpins trust in global capital markets
Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
